Rohit Pawar is committed to empowering marginalised farmers. Maharashtra has 1.529 crore farmers, with 79.52% of them marginalised. Considering Mechanization's importance in modern agriculture, Rohit Pawar distributed 65 tractors and 338 agricultural implements in the constituency through various schemes.

Considering the increased cost of Drip Irrigation in the fields due to the high price of raw materials during rising inflation and Lockdown, Rohit raised this issue and followed it up with the Government officials. Accordingly, the government decided to provide an 80 percent subsidy to small landholding farmers under the 'Chief Minister's Sustainable Agriculture Irrigation Scheme'. It helped around 107 talukas, and a 75 percent subsidy was covered for farmers in other talukas for the 'Drip Irrigation System'. As a result, 1485 farmers have received a subsidy of Rs 2.95 crore. Rohit Pawar's efforts resulted in the disbursement of Rs. 190 crores in outstanding insurance amounts to farmers during the Kharif season of 2018. In addition, huge vaccination camps were organised during the Corona pandemic and Lumpy Skin Disease outbreaks. In September 2022, he again distributed 1 lakh Doses making Karjat - Jamkhed; the first constituency in the State to complete 100% vaccination for Lumpy Skin Disease.

Sudhakar Shrangare is adamant on bringing in more and more industries and government projects in Latur. According to him, if the youth is employed only then the local economy will get a boost. He has been constantly making efforts and raising questions in Lok Sabha regarding development and bringing the economy on track in Latur through numerous projects.

One of the prime motives of Sudhakar Shrangare is consolidation of farmers as they are the pillars of our nation. They work hard to supply food items for everyone living in the nation throughout their lives. Making them self-reliable and assuring that farmers are being rewarded in a respectable manner will bring more prosperity for both the people and farmers as well.

Sudhakar Shrangare feels that good governance is very crucial in order obtain the trust of the people. His aim is to bring administrative functions in urban and rural areas more transparently and accurately with the help of modern technology and infrastructure. Transparent governance is another major thing which relates to the political and institutional processes and outcomes that are necessary to achieve the goals of development.

Social Work during COVID Pandemic – MP Sudhakar Shrangare was determined to provide vital resources such as food and medical assistance to the people of Latur constituency during the corona pandemic. Considering the restrictions imposed by the government to restrain the impact of corona, it was necessary that no one should be deprived of the basic needs to survive. Taking this into account, MP Sudhakar Shrangare extended his support to thousands of Laturkars and assisted them in every possible way. During this process, the neediest components of the society were detected such as families below poverty level, unemployed, disabled etc., then they were provided food kits. More than 25,000 such food kits were distributed all-over Latur district. Not to forget the vital contribution of medical and law enforcement community during that period. MP Sudhakar Shrangare visited numerous destinations to felicitate them and acknowledged their tremendous work. Also, provided number of ventilators, oxygen tanks and necessary medicines wherever needed and took extreme care of the people of Latur constituency.

Infrastructure Development – Infrastructure facilities plays a crucial role in the advancement of any specific region and which is why steadying it proves to be crucial. Keeping the fact in mind MP Sudhakar Shrangare has been continuously pushing to bring in more and more financial aid from the central as well as state government. Some of the stand out achievements are as follows – # Fund of Rs. 100 crore for rural roads development in Latur district in December 2022. # Obtained grant from Maharashtra government for 264 roads connecting farms in 63 villages of Latur district in April 2023. # As a result of MP Sudhakar Shrangare’s constant follow-up, Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Mr. Nitin Ji Gadkari has assured the construction of quadrupling Latur-Tembhurni national highway at the earliest. # As per the demands of the citizens of Gharni village, a tunnel is proposed to be built for the convenience of native students. # The demand of quadrupling Jintur-Bhalki state highway has been accepted by Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Mr. Nitin Ji Gadkari. # Ministry of Road Transport & Highways granted a financial aid of Rs. 68 Crore in December 2022 for development of roads in Udgir, Jalkot, Ahmedpur, Nilanga, Shirur-Anantpal & Devni. # Adamant & rigorously making efforts for revamping the Latur-Nanded highway. # Financial grant of Rs. 34 Crore for development of roads in Ahmedpur & Chakur region.
